The processing of orders will be carried out within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays applicable in the Community of Andalusia. Delivery within Spain will be carried out through a special 24-hour courier service; international deliveries will take relatively longer, depending on the destination country. The package will be appropriately packed before dispatch, usually secured with a sturdy holder for shipments within Spain, in keeping with the size and weight of each artwork. You will receive a notification about the status of your order through your preferred means of communication, i.e. WhatsApp or email.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made once we have received the proof of payment. If we do not receive it within 10 days of the purchase, the order will be cancelled.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipping within Spain is €20 and will be processed by the courier service as per the packaging. International shipping costs will be €50 and will be automatically estimated at the time of purchase, based on the delivery address, and will be specified along with the final purchase price. In the case of large-format artworks, the costs will be determined as per their size and weight and may require a special transportation service.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1. Online via ‘Grupo Santander’: You will be redirected to a secure payment page. We will not have access to your card details at any time. We accept the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD.
3.2. Online via PayPal: You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website (www.paypal.com) to make the payment.
3.3. Through a bank transfer. Bank transfer can be made to the account number that will appear at the end of your purchase, indicating your order number as the reference. Remember that the shipment is made when we receive the proof of payment.
The purchases you make through our website are completely safe since your personal and bank details will not be accessible to unauthorised parties at any point in the process.
If the artwork arrives damaged or, due to some error, does not match your order, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order number and the reason for return. We will send you an email explaining how to return the artwork to Galería Taller Gravura. As soon as we receive it, in perfect condition (in case if it was not originally damaged) and in its original packaging, you will be able to choose between a refund and an exchange (provided that the artwork is available). In this case, the cost of collecting the unwanted item and delivery of the replaced item will be borne by Galería Taller Gravura.
5. RIGHT TO REVOKE YOUR PURCHASE
You have the right to cancel your order, as laid down in Art. 44 of Spanish Law 7/1996 of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
5.1. If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a cancellation, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the receipt of the order, to obtain a refund of the amount equivalent to the price of the artwork(s).
5.2. In order to return an order, you must send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and your contact details, so that we can guide you on how to make the return.
5.3. The artwork(s) of the said order must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, failing which the return will not be processed. In addition, the transportation of the returned order must be carried out under the same conditions as the delivery. The return must be made within a period of 14 calendar days.
5.4. In the case of opting for refund, the amount paid for the acquired artwork will be reimbursed, excluding the shipping costs of delivery and return, if these were paid at destination. Likewise, customs clearance costs, local taxes and bank charges, if any, will not be included in the amount to be reimbursed.
5.5. Without affecting the consumers’ right of withdrawal or the liability of guarantee on defective products, the total liability of Galería Taller Gravura for the goods supplied would be limited to the corresponding amount.
5.6. The artworks will not be considered defective if they have undergone deterioration on part of the consumer, such as inadequate storage measures, exposure to light, water or other elements, the influence of environmental and climatic conditions, improper use of the artwork and other such factors.
5.7. In the event of a return, the reimbursement will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
5.8. Galería Taller Gravura will not refund the amount nor make any reshipment of goods until it has verified the receipt and packaging status of the item to be returned.
6. CONTENT AND INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE.
6.1. We reserve the right to modify, at any time, the content related to the products and services presented on this website, such as product descriptions, prices, promotions and other terms of service.
6.2. Galería Taller Gravura makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on its website is accurate and free of typographical errors. Should an error of this kind arise at any time, it will be corrected immediately upon detection. If there is an error in any of the prices shown and a customer places an order based on the said error, the customer/user will be notified of this and be allowed to cancel the order at no cost. An automated purchase confirmation does not validate the terms of an erroneous price.
6.3. The information presented on this website is in Spanish and English, including the formalisation of the contract and all the corresponding information displayed and sent to customers/users. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version will prevail.
